INSPIRATION

Most of the creative work generated stems from memories, surroundings or simply a moment in time.

An example of a creative prompt coming to life emerged from a short visit to Minerve, France. Lichens and succulents embedded in rock were the inspiration behind this very small hand-stitched study named "synapse".

This small study aims to capture the spark a memory triggers in our brain by representing a millisecond seized, connected and safeguarded.
